As you can see…this boy can still make some mean faces!! These pictures were taken within seconds of each other, believe it or not. It’s funny how one’s mood can change so quickly…almost as if there was nothing wrong to begin with!!

Sawyer’s first trip to Dollywood was a huge success!! We all had a blast, and he was mesmerized by almost everything he saw. The ‘Tennessee Tornado’ was particularly exciting to him!! As you can see in the second photo, Sawyer got to take his very first ride on the carousel. Of course, Mommy’s drawstrings on her sweater were much more interesting…

As much as I hate to admit it, Mommy can usually bring a smile to this boy’s face faster than anyone else, including Daddy. Here are a couple of pictures in honor of Erika’s first official Mother’s Day!!

Well…I owe all of my faithful visitors lots of apologies. Unfortunately for everyone involved, I had misplaced both the battery charger for the camera and the cord that connects it to the computer. Thus, we have been without updates for nearly a month!! There is good news, though…I successfully located both missing pieces the night before our trip to Alabama, and now I have pictures for everyone to enjoy!!
This was Sawyer’s first road trip, and he did as good as anyone could ask for. Aunt Vicki and Uncle Jack were extremely excited to see him (and us), and everyone had a blast!! You won’t be able to tell from the photos, but Sawyer discovered his voice on this trip…and now he is a human squeaky toy. Those that haven’t seen him lately will also be excited to know that he is ever so close to crawling…BUH NUH NUH…
Like I said, I have many pictures from this trip, and I will probably post quite a few over the next few days. Enjoy…
